Composite Photography Session: What is it?
Thank you for stopping by to look at the composite photography options. I have a couple quick tips for the photo session process, in case you haven't worked with me before.
First off, yes these collections include the original photography and a full work flow from idea to completion. The three basic steps are as follows: Ideation - time to chat and sketch out the idea you like, Production - photographing all the necessary elements, and Post-production - taking the production elements and compositing them to make the art decided upon in the ideation phase. The final composite, whether a background replacement or full-fledged world creation, will be available for download or print in your personal gallery.
All original images are delivered in a hosted private gallery. This is for your convenience. The images in your gallery are original sizes and are very high resolution downloads. Images are uploaded to your gallery shortly after your session. You'll be able to login whenever you like and view your images on your computer, tablet or smartphone.
Every image in your gallery comes with the option to purchase extra prints from one of the world's best print labs. The prints do have their own prices, but that's just to pay the lab for their process and materials. The prints ship promptly and safely. You can choose to get as many prints as you like of any of your images.
For each session you'll get to choose at least one image from your gallery that you'd like to have fully retouched. I take out blemishes, stray hairs, anomalies, or whatever else needs be cleaned up to make the perfect version of that image for you. The final retouched image will be displayed as the first image in your gallery when it is complete.
For each composite project session you'll get to choose an image and have it composited into the perfect image. The starter session The Place replaces the original photo's background with a pre-arranged background plate. The details regarding the background plate will be discussed during the ideation phase prior to your photo session. In all of the other composite project collections, from The Particulars to The Power, the composite will be multi-layered and require a bit more preparation before the photo session. Some composite projects might be outside the scope of my offered collections, so having as much detail as you can provide regarding your desired art will help me in the communication and pre-production phase of your project.
There is no upfront cost to schedule a photo session. The payment process is easy: you pay for your session at the end of the photo session. All major credit cards are accepted via Square. Unfortunately, I cannot accept cash, personal checks, bitcoin or other virtual currency.
Thanks for stopping by. I look forward to hearing from you. Please reach out with any questions.
Enjoy the rest of your day!
